To use StreetBuzz, you must:

Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 17 will be removed.
2. Identity & Account Requirements
StreetBuzz is built on trust and accountability.
All users must:
- Use their real full name
- Register with a valid Australian mobile number
- Complete phone verification
StreetBuzz does not require ID verification. However:
- Accounts suspected of using false names, aliases, or misleading identity information may be treated as anonymous
- Anonymous or unverifiable users are not permitted on the platform
These accounts may face:
- Reduced reach or visibility
- Increased moderation scrutiny
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal
StreetBuzz reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify identity where concerns arise.
3. Acceptable Use
Users are expected to contribute responsibly and in good faith.
You may use StreetBuzz to:
- Share local alerts and safety information
- Report incidents or community concerns
- Engage in respectful discussions
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or unverified information
- Make accusations without evidence
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Share private or personal information (doxxing)
- Post graphic, violent, or distressing content without context or warning
- Promote or glorify criminal behaviour
- Impersonate individuals or organisations
- Use the platform for scams, spam, or unauthorised promotions
5. Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they post.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share it
- It does not violate any laws
- It does not infringe on the rights of others
StreetBuzz does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
6. Moderation & Enforcement
StreetBuzz uses a combination of:
- Automated systems
- Human moderation
- Community reporting
We may take action at our discretion, including:
- Removing content
- Reducing content visibility
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending accounts
- Permanently banning users
Repeated or serious violations will result in removal from the Platform.
7. Anonymous & High-Risk Accounts
Accounts that:
- Use fake names
- Cannot be verified
- Display suspicious behaviour
may be classified as high-risk.
These accounts may be:
- Limited in reach
- Closely monitored
- Removed without notice
8. Safety & Emergency Use
StreetBuzz is not an emergency service.
Users must not rely on the Platform in urgent situations.

9. Commercial Use
Users must not:
- Post advertisements or promotions without permission
- Use the platform for commercial gain without approval
StreetBuzz reserves the right to remove or restrict such content.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
